We are looking to hire Managers for our C&IP (Consumer & Industrial Products) vertical with Retail Consulting/ Retail Industry Advisory experience, with the following qualifications:
At least, 7+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in management consulting with a retail or consumer products practice
MBA from a reputed school
Excellent judgment combined with solid understanding of current business issues related to the Retail Industry
Candidate must have experience and demonstrate awareness in the following core Retail functions: Planning and Forecasting , Marketing and Merchandising , Trade Management & Promotions, Category & Product Development, Store / Channel Management, Customer Management, Planogramming, Retail Formats etc,.
Candidates must demonstrate expertise in several of the following areas: project management including large scale PMOs, managing team(s) and operational analysis.
A demonstrated track record of successful consulting engagement management experience; including directing other staff members and having a major role in managing and interfacing with senior level client executives in a trusted advisor role

CFO for Leading Property devloper - Bangalore

Role dimensions:
CFO will be the conscience keeper of the Company and will be involved in Feasibility studies and financial due diligence for potential acquisitions. He will lead the review of land acquisition, investment analysis and financial structuring of projects supported by the other members of the Investment Committee. This will encompass submission of reports on complex financial analysis of various projects and the profitability evaluation.
He will direct the planning, organization, and implementation of overall financial procedures for real estate acquisition and management, fiscal reporting and administration, risk management, cash management, investments, business licensing, approval from Government and local authorities. He will ensure that acquisition closing statements are proper and that there is an appropriate hand off of financial information upon acquisition.
Once the project gets rolling, he will have the overall responsibility for the internal controls to ensure proper and effective use of the Company’s resources including budgeting, controlling investments, accounting, reporting and adherence to standards. He will ensure appropriate accounting and tracking of costs both on a project level and cost center/overhead level for the group.

Candidate profile:
Ideal candidate should have the following personal and business qualities:
Qual: Chartered Accountant or an MBA Finance\
It will be preferable if the person understands business issues underlying real estate development and acquisition and has a solid functional accounting and control background. He should be a highly analytical and should have sound background of having handled large investments
Personal qualities should be more reflective of a matured leader. The incumbent should through the sheer passion and conceptual abilities derive respect from the senior colleagues and junior colleagues alike. He should be able to operate in a highly performance oriented metrics system.
